Assets are inventoried, assessed for condition, remaining useful life, risk, maintenance requirements, and assigned a replacement value. This asset information is collected using this app. The results of the assessment include a facilty condition score and a prioritized capital budget requirement for current year and all subsequent years for the life of the building.
